The foundational steps to get your business up and running on Invoiça.

Set up your business

Navigate to the "Business" page from the main menu. Filling this out once ensures all your future invoices are automatically populated with your company name, logo, address, and payment information.

Add your clients

The "Clients" page is your central hub. Adding them here allows you to instantly pre-fill new invoices, see who has outstanding payments at a glance, and access a full history of their invoices.

Create an invoice

Head to the "Invoices" page and click "New Invoice". Add your items, and use the "Preview Unsaved Invoice" button to see exactly what your client will see before you save and send.
